What Affects Marquee Hire Prices?
Size of Marquee
The bigger the marquee, the higher the cost — larger structures require more materials, longer build times and more crew. As a rough guide: smaller marquees for up to 50 guests are the most affordable option. For 100–150 guests you'll need a larger structure, and for 200+ guests we build bespoke configurations.
Add-Ons and Extras
The biggest variable in marquee hire pricing is the extras. A bare marquee on grass is very different in cost to a fully dressed event with ceiling draping, LED lighting, hard flooring, furniture, heating and event decor. Most of our clients choose a combination of extras to create the look and feel they want.
Duration of Hire
Standard hire covers delivery, the event day and collection. If you need the marquee up for multiple days or a long weekend event, this will affect the total cost. We'll always confirm this in your quote.
Location and Access
We cover Gravesend, Dartford, Bexleyheath, Medway, Sevenoaks and South East London as standard. Remote locations or difficult access (narrow lanes, steps, slopes) can sometimes affect setup time and cost. We'll always flag this honestly during the site visit.
